to lexxus, try vlc player. it seems to play everything for me. i have just
finished downloading 350 m of stargate atlantis s3e14. the quality is great and
i am enjoying watching. got it off sharethefiles
the general consensus is that there is a need for both the 350m, and the 700m
version because of varying processor and download speeds. so let's stop talking
about.
i found the a link for a 350m verion on mininova.org
thanks to everyone for putting up the order the episodes should be watched in,
it really helps those like me who were confused. thanks.
can anyone tell me or pm me where i can find any 350mb versions of all episodes
from the return prt 2? and what order they go in specifically according to their
dl title? thanks.
damn, that was a sweet looking hydro setup! i wonder who ordered
that sucker and then took it home when they were done filming, heh.
aussies, it's clear you're gonna have to organize to find a way around
your isp problems. if you can find other people near you who are willing
to download part of the show, you can set up a wireless link and inject
them into your swarm, bypassing telstra or whoever they are. it might
take a nice directional antenna, but who's gonna have the last laugh?
you might even go as far as hooking up with some freaks from another
country and trading dvds filled with the series. writing letters to the
editor complaining about bandwidth caps, printer refill ink, and level 2
cache can help expose the three biggest frauds perpetrated by business.
you may be in for a long battle, but you can also work it in your favor
by complaining to the isps that they harm australians by making them
compete unfairly against people from other countries who get to download
itunes videos that you have to pay twice for (once to itunes, once to isp).
acknowledge your countries unique isolation causing limited bandwidth issue,
and you will seem balanced. remind them it's not 2002 anymore, you've
moved ahead now with much faster hardware, and that you look forward to
your country joining other 1st world nations.
for all of those with standalone divx players that can't play hr files, simply
use the "resize" filter in virtualdubmod set to 720 width and the appropriate
height (in this case 408).
damn...u gotta feel sorry for all the doctors in sg, i never
saw that happening.
can you say spoiler much ... you've goto be kidding right - some ppl come on
here to read these before watching and they don't need to read comments like
this that give part of the story away.
as for the isp issues in australia ... i'm on a 1.5mb/s connection w/ 12gb limit
after which it gets shaved to 64kb/s costing only $70 (with bigpond) but i have
no problems getting these episodes after i have exceded the limit even if it
means waiting a while longer to watch these.
must send a big cheers to eztv and those who encode these shows because without
them some people would have to wait a minimum of 3 months to watch them but here
in aus - we are still waiting to see the 1st half of season 2 of atlantis so for
us it will probably take another 2 - 3 years to get these episodes. so if
everyone wants to complain about the size of the file come to aus and wait like
the rest of us or stop complaining and be glad.
i prefer the smaller files but i am just happy to be able to get it. thats my
rant for the month.
for those of you seeking a quality and in sync 350mb version, our old friend
teslaman has done another quality re encode and fixed the audio sync issue,
torrent is up at mininova. thanks teslaman, third time in a row, mybe you
should start your own scene, you seem to have a clue!
