that must have been a recent change then. last time i checked, it was sunday as
ep 14 lol.
i don't understand what all the fuzz is about, here is a simple solution for you
all:
1 - say thank you to eztv for giving us both 350 and 700 mb files and get
whichever one you want!
2 - just watch the serie in the order you download it! who cares which one you
get first, just watch it when you get it!
the last 750 version wouldn't play the sound on my macbook pro with quicktime pro and the divx codecs
downloaded from divx.com the 350 version did play. i'd rather keep with the larger versions. any
thoughts? oh and when i start the 750 up it says quicktime is missing some required files. it takes me to
the website but wont tell me what i am missing. !?!?!?!?
thanks for the release.
while i prefer the 350mb version to the 700mb, this is what i think should be done:
release both at the same time, those who want 700 will get it and those who want
350 will get that one. people complain because the 700 is released first,
without any hint of if/whether 350 will be released. do it at the same time, and
the only complaining will be from people who don't pay attention to which
version they'll download.
they always did that, infact the 350mb version was always first before. now for
some god forsaken reason they don't even release it. i pyhsically cannot
download 700mb's worth of tv shows with my limited quota each month here in
australia. plus the fact they do not work with my standalone divx player for my
tv. is there a reason why they are doing this? i mean the popularity of the
350mb ones where much more then the 700mb ones anyway, so what gives?
yes, the numbering of this season (well the releases) is kind of a problem. but
we don't care.
no, the 350 mb should not be released with the 700mb. it should be released when
its done. *stop whining*.
yes, many like the 350 mb releases. some others want better. some might even
want even better than better. well there are dvds for you.
*stop whining* and seed.
thanks to the cappers and eztv ;-)
btw, this episode is sunday. originally scheduled as the 14th episode, but shown
today. i've seen somewhere else a s03e14 @ 355mb, posted today that is not this
episode but "the tao of rodney". so pay attention if you download from another
place.
the reason why the releases are first done in 700mb version is probably because
those episodes come from a canadian channel, in hdtv; its probably capped by
different people. they can do whatever they want. they don't own you anything.
why people don't understand there is no point in requesting
a 350mb version here?
those who request 350mb versions here should be banned for 24hs just for being
stupid.
bs bigbarr..this is an open forum not ruled by narrowminded idiots like you
who think their way is the only way. i have a download limit & varied tastes
in what i download so size does matter ! i find the smaller files quicker to
download & of acceptable quality for my needs . if you want the true "theatre
experience" wait for the dvd's or move to the us/canada & watch them there.
i appreciate the efforts of those who support others by upping the smaller
files quickly.
the ac3b codec on soft pedia is designed purely for quicktime.
that way front row and itunes will play it with sound. a little info for next
time just incase.
