i have seen what p.r. firms can do for anyone's image. even donald trump
doesn't look like a total a** to the american people. still, the princes set
out to celebrate their mother's life. i think they accomplished that. why
hasn't anyone commented on the artists who performed???????

wesconi, because of the first few comments. i said what you said and more in the
first torrent upload. ive said alot lol.
i have to admit some of the artists were fantastic. well the younger ones, and
the guy from supergrass was fantastic i thought, just sitting down with his
keyboard doing the mix, wonderful. lily allen, james morrison, kanye west,
n.e.r.d were all superb, i absolutely loved the ballet. i am a sucker for
classical music and shows and what not. duran duran and status quo were
absolutely awful. as was p(rick) diddy, i cant stand him. what he was saying
really annoyed me.

the problem is ofcourse diana done alot of amazing things but its not right to
overly praise what she done, when other royals should do exactly the same
thing, without hesitation.
she was a very nice woman, dedicated, caring, there no need or reason to dis-
respect her.
the royals are a pointless bunch of people, ask americans if they would like a
royal family, seperate from the president, who never really do anything in the
way of decision making, but they live off the state (yes, you will have to pay
for them to live), in amazing estates, travelling around, waving at people.
(oh how hard does life get)
there is no reason why they all shouldn't be like diana, but look at them,
sitting there, how talented are they? can't even learn a simple introduction
or crack a damn joke properly, can you imagine diana opening a concert like
those boys did? reading off cards and sounding about as emotional as a tin of
baked beans.
how much organising they really did is a matter of debate, "ask simon cowell
along and tell him to bring his friends" the point is anyone would of come,
just because of what there mother did, there stuck up and posh, nothing like
there mother from what i've seen.
they can sit, talk, even pretend to like "normal" people but they can't talk
to them like "normal" people, they can't come down to that same level, there
mother was a master of it. bugger off to there lifes of luxury, even though
they have no particular talent, diana was like an opera singer, a fine talent,
inspired many people, the boys are like the spice girls, as is the rest of the
royal family, talentless and worthless with no care or consideration for
others.

if the queen has a telly licence?
the queen is over 80 and so doesn't need a tv licence..

a very fine rant indeed , but seriously in the time it took you to write it you
could have been doing something useful , like taking a long walk along a short
pier in shark infested waters. ha ha ha

and your last statement about
turning her into some bizarre hysterical religion is just fucking nuts on your
part.

if i was of a less cynical nature i might be tempted to accuse you of
skillfully employing irony.
thanks for bringing a broad smile to my face anyway, deliberate or not

i'm passionate not hysterical. nothing about these arguments even touches
religion. why do you think so? because i say she wasn't worthless and not a
bitch, that people should recognise her for what she has done and has left?
she's no ones god she is just a woman. a woman that people miss. there is no
'diana day' or any holiday. don't be stupid.

did anyone else have a problem with the audio on hours 1, 2, & 3?
the sound was all herky-jerky and completely inaudible. haven't downloaded hours
4-6 yet. any suggestions? this has happened several times before on other downloads.
thank you eztv for making my life completely commercial free! ah-h-h

how can anyone say that the royal family has no sense of humour, here are just
a few great quips from prince philip (source:wikipedia)
speaking to a driving instructor in scotland, he asked: "how do you keep the
natives off the booze long enough to get them through the test?"
when visiting china in 1986, he told a group of british students, "if you stay
here much longer, you'll all be slitty-eyed".
after accepting a gift from a kenyan citizen he replied, "you are a woman,
aren't you?"
"if it has four legs and is not a chair, has wings and is not an aeroplane, or
swims and is not a submarine, the cantonese will eat it." (1986)
in 1966 he remarked that "british women can't cook."
to a british student in papua new guinea: "you managed not to get eaten then?"
he asked an indigenous australian, "still throwing spears?" (2002)
said to a briton in budapest, hungary, "you can't have been here that long
