the blend between infographics and standar animation it's brilliantly done. also the script can't be worst
than "tron: legacy" (utterly impossible to be worst than the booooring thing that hey did on the tron
sequel).
i enjoyed it. it worth a download.

looks like another crapy animated show that eztv will drop support for later on.

"looks like" in other words you haven't even watched it yet, and who cares if eztv stops "supporting
it" as you like to put it, there are plenty of other torrent sites out there that up stuff like
this, i watched this a week ago so their ups are behind by a bit anyway.
no offense to eztv by any means, its still a great site but like all sites they have their issues.

can someone who has downloaded it tell me the running time please...i got a copy the other week and
its running time is 32:11 wanting to know if there is any difference because the title i have is
"becks beginning" which i was released may 18th and the june 7th release is "the renegade, part 1"
what i'm thinking is "the renegade, part 1" could be titled wrong as in it should be s01e02, or it
is right and "becks beginning" should be labeled s01e00....i will be happy to imbrace my wrong-nis

i was in two minds whether to get this or not... decided to check out a trailer on youtube.

my understanding is that beck's beginning was a "preview"
of sorts, and this episode is rightly labelled as episode 1.

ok, just watched ep 1 (the pilot, not this one), and here's my take on things...
the story: actually, not bad. kinda draws you in and keeps you engaged. they've got some of the tron actors doing the
voicework, including boxleitner (we hear clu once, and it sounds like bridges, but i didn't see him in the credits --either a
"soundalike" or cameo). you definitely need to find "ep 1," though. having seen it, it's not a preview, it's a pilot, and it sets
up the entire story (it was also listed as ep 1 when i downloaded it from tpb). my only gripe is that they seem to be
ignoring much of the events of legacy, and merely using the visual style of it to continue with an alternate storyline.
the artwork: works, but not my favorite by any means. it's heavily anime-influenced, with everyone looking like nine foot
tall, anorexic stick figures. you get used to it, though, so it doesn't remain too distracting. still, more realistic art would
make it tons more fun to watch.
anyway, it's worth checking out, at least.
