mmm. her skin is flawless. i'll bet her kisses taste like rainbows and her hair smells like a beautiful sunrise.
i'd love to wear her.

...and she kind of looks like kristen stewart.

i doubt nichols can carry a show. she couldn't
even carry her own
character on
criminal minds.

i agree with you,the show has potential but i think the weak link is rachel nichols (as kiera
cameron),i'm
not a harsh critic but i think she is not a very good actress, she was not convincing as the lead role.

2 gay men sitting in a tree.

nichols is fine and a good actress

she may be beautiful but she sucked in g.i. joe, she sucked in criminal minds and was fired in both of
those!!!

and thats coming from one that only has come here to troll lol

oh and for your info she was not fired from criminal minds because of her acting she was fired
because cbs are morons and because the other actress crawled back because her show was not picked up.

this show is showcases the walking dead the ratings was 3 times as much as their previous hit show
lost girl even if it lost half its viewers it would still be their biggest hit ever

so,now i'ma troll ? because i'm not a fanboy of the actress that you seem to defend against any
criticism?

nope, the majority of criminal minds fans hated her,go to any online tv forum and check comments
regarding her.whatever the reason, the majority of the audience never really warmed up to nichols'
character in criminal minds.

looking at her filmography ,she seems more suited to playing minor roles,i don't think she has the
acting skills to play a lead role.

the reveal, wasn't a reveal. as was pointed out by another poster, it was blatently obvious all the
way through the episode.

i'm hoping that was intentional, or else the writers and producers must think the viewing public are
as perceptive as a dog turd.

acting was pretty wooden...story was fairly weak in places, especially the easy, very few questions
asked acceptance of a totally unknown officer into the local force...not even a call to an opposite
number was totally unbelievable.

now...darker issues...we all know the power tv has over opinions and perceptions of viewers,
especially those viewers that don't look beyond the surface of much of anything, advertising
spending and revenues will testify to that power at the least.

with that in mind, does anyone else have a problem with the 'mega corporations' being presented as
the protagonists / good guys who have done away with representation, essentially taken over the
world and snuffed out democracy and freedom, and the antagonists / bad guys / murdering terrorists,
represented by the constitutionalists fighting to restore government of the people and a free
democracy, giving people back rights and a voice...?

maybe i'm getting cynical, but that is a complete dichotomy of good and bad in my book, and i get
slightly nervous when mainstream tv entertainment shows start to make greedy, tyrannical power
crazed ficticious corporations out to be the good guys, and people with a plan to restore human
rights the bad.

during the american war of independence...didn't the fighters for freedom and liberty slaughter any
of the 'bad guys' or did i miss something?

someone already stated the main reason for hoping this show succeeds: it's the only sci-fi on tv
right now. as soon as they bring back farscape, firefly or a decent new version of stargate i might
judge this show a little harsher, but until then i'll make due with this one.

after the first episode i have to admit i kinda liked it. having alec revealed so early on, was
actually a nice surprise. i sometimes hate other shows for waiting to state to obvious, just cause
they think some viewers haven't figured it out by themselves long ago anyway, so alec was a nice
change. also it helps that alec is friggin cms (cigarette smoking man) from the x-files. cms can
never be up to any good 🙂 so there is a lot of potential.

she (forgot her name) doesn't bother me too much; i was one of those who really, really hated her on
cm, but the character she played on cm had at least as much to do with that as her acting abilities.
so, i'm looking forward to the next episode.

spikey1, i'm with you part of the way. anyone who was even slightly paying attention should have
figured it out early on. and even if they didn't, there was no reason to be so obvious, and as a
cliffhanger, to boot. total cheese! to me it signals that the writers don't understand that the people
who watch this type of show are generally intelligent. i'm not saying they need to string the viewer
along to the very end like lost (and like alcatraz was obviously going to do). in between the action
and effects, subtly is what makes epic scifi.

but as for good vs. evil, it's simply too early to tell. we were given no clues as to what oppression in
2077 looks like. but we know that there are sympathizers among the corporatists (perhaps old alec
among them). you can be sure that "bigger players" from the future will be revealed as the series
develops, because that's the formula. what really happened to the terrorist leader? is old alec
benevolent or malevolent? he obviously knew what would happen in the execution chamber. did he
set it all in motion? no doubt, if the show isn't canceled, we'll see our heroine battling forces sent back
through time by "evil" corporations (surely if the terrorists have time travel tech, the corps do as
well).

i do find the characters to be pretty 1-dimensional. i felt the same about lost girl. and the

hmmm...time paradox, time is linear....so she had to return to the past and future alex made sure
she did, so the future is set, no changes can be made...so basically we arre watching a show full of
angst and drama...not sure if i will continue watching

i cant believe this even made production.

all i am seeing, is a corporate cop who listen to those with most money, not those with just reason. who
went back in time to stop "terrorists" from preventing corporations from owning the countries due to huge
bailout debt.

the "terrorists" are people who want freedom for all, take away corporations power over people. sure their
methods are extreme, but they lived their whole life in an oppressed government controlled world, they
understand what will happen if they fail.

i dont think im the only one that thinks this series is just stupid, cause im rooting for the "terrorists" to
slaughter the cop and save the world. not like she can realy "save" the country anyway.

holy crap. so much negativity. everyone needs to rolls a fat one and relax. like it or hate it, we all
have an opinion. there is no need to get personal with each other. is it any wonder this world is going
to shit. if we are prepared to get ugly over a bloody tv show i'm surprised we haven't blown ourselves
up yet, what with all the other shit going on in the world.
