the new 480p is by far better than the usual one, i'm glad. i don't want a pixel in my eye for 720,
not do i care if the video is plain avi, i've got a new good source, smaller sizes, and the same
quality.

hail the 480p guy... just over 200megs an episode, i'm down with that. and just as good as the avi.

this would be my first post, i've been lurking for a while...
so, eztv is a distribution site, meaning, they don't rip the shows; they get them from somebody else (probably orly db,
which they have been having problems with their site) so i think it's unfair to put blame on this site.

long story short: this is a (free) distribution site, and sometimes the supplier fails. that's all.

in all honesty i think they went the smaller file format - and i can tell you its just as good
quality wise.

eztv need to add that.. it's a reencode of the dimension 1.9gb rip, and is stated so..

and it's perfect as far as i can see.

if you're an avi guy like me - smaller size, good rip reputation...

until then, look for it... its spot on. oh but it is mkv format

well this is my take on things, now hear this, mkv are good quality yes, but some people might have a set
top player or whatever device they use to play that does not have that support, they might not have the
file space on there pc or they might not have the bandwidth to download the mkv one.

whatever the reason give everyone a break and ether wait for the avi or simply get it elsewhere, myself
my set top player cant play them but my n8 can!, swings and roundabouts, but saying that your pc can't
play them then simply download a codec pack, there's loads of free ones out there, just google them!

i'm simply gonna look for the avi but if i cant get a good quality on then i'll have to download the mkv and
convert it!

wtf this useless mkv crap is out but still no sign of the proper .avi file this sucks i have no idea
why we get this useless crap released when we still haven't got the avi version everyone needs

im glad it was late because it made me tryout the 480p .mkv file from scenetime.com and the quality
is awesome, and the best part about is its only 216mb big......
i always thought the quality of the 216mb 480p .mkv couldnt be as good as a 550mb .avi but i was
wrong!
im gonna download only those from now on, plus no asap, god i hate those blurry releases!

the mkv is taking forever to download, and i have a 20mb download speeds. the avi usually takes
5mins/10mins at worst. this is annoying.

wupload has the avi fils thats normally on here by the same uploader and as for upsetting the
eztvettes what a fucking pity its only your arsecrawling comments that are supposed to make up this
forum and not the real people

2nd page is to an "asap" (more likely p2p) 550mb xvid avi that's been on some private sites now for
about 5 hours. as for actual scene, sys *just* pre'd the real deal like 20 minutes ago. rejoice.

unfortunately that file has audio problems. all the dialogue is right speaker only, whilst the left
speaker is just music and sound effects.

i stacked my speakers on top of each other to watch it, but will download a proper 550mb when one
comes along.
