woohoo, so good to hear that things get renewed! tnt is a fairly reliable channel though, unlike, say abc.
well done, tnt, well done.
there is never a bad time to put noah wyle on my screen.
not sure about this show. i've seen the first 2 episodes and found myself fastforwarding through all
the talk and drama part. i don't think i saw anything of ep 2 this way
kudos to them for releasing the series almost simultaneously worldwide. perhaps the networks are
realising that international users don't want to wait months to see a new series. however, this was
the biggest disappointment of the year for me and the article sounds like advertising bs. look the
episodes threads and you will see what i mean. i was expecting a lot more. although i am still
watching, the series is full of clich
all this write up does is remind me of the press "farscape" got when it opened. that was all about how a
big effects company (henson's creature shop) known for movies was bringing that type of high-end work
to the smaller screen... bringing us a one hour movie blockbuster every week...
it's like they took the same story and changed the names.
only this show is neither original nor all that great. it's a remake of the "war of the worlds" tv series from
the 1980's. uruca already mentioned all the the poor production value points. it's just a remix of the the
same recipe that they've been cooking up for years.
nothing about the storytelling so far has been ambitious. game of thrones is ambitious. the overly
religious component (and poor acting of the religious girl) are big turn-offs as well.
sci-fi is my life and i'm trying so hard, so so hard to enjoy this but i'm not, the series is really
poor and i'm only contining to watch in the hope it will get better but it gets more boring every week.
really surprised at the season 2 news, i'm ghessing that will be the final season, watch this space,
no pun intended 🙂
i'm a huge fan of scifi, but this show is immensely boring, so the only reason i can see as to why it's being
renewed is because spielberg's name is attached to it. it's disappointing to see shows like this get
renewed, while shows like caprica are cancelled.

not to mention the event, which is way much better than this. i do admit it got boring in the first
half of the season, but second half was awesome.
this show stinks it is mindless, boring and predictable. someone is wasting money keeping this show on
the air. they cancelled firefly because it was too much fun, they cancelled caprica because it was too
smart, they cancelled stargate universe because the story was spread out between too many episodes,
but they keep thus turd running?
its definitely watchable, i wouldnt say its terrible and is everything v should have done in the
first season. i would have loved to seen the invasion play out.
dont forget shows like odyssey 5, threshold, firefly etc... i absolutely loved them and was gutted
when they got canned

totally disagree here. v was and should have been more of a political thriller with one party being
alien invaders. there was a part for "action" to play but it was a supporting role, not a main thing.
i find both v and falling skies to be equal. they are watchable and ill probably continue to watch
if for no other reason than a lack of scifi programming on tv, but they both fail miserably in
accomplishing anything of note within the scope of their premise.
