The Vampire Diaries S01E01 Pilot HDTV XviD-FQM

to me very dissapointing.
well, its directed to young audience for sure. vampired version of kyle xy or smallville.
pretty actors with tons of makeup, incoming highschool drama and fight agaist good and evil.

episode had sound gliches for me.

yet another mid-20's-actors-pretending-to-be-high-school-students cw show. seriously, this is
pathetic... can they not find some teenage actors?

kudos to them having the balls to have a cross-eyed "evil" vampire, though. i cringed.

i love the books!
but what the hell has happend? why is elena not blonde with blue eyes?...... wasn't that the whole
point? her having the same colour blue eyes as the stone that lets the vampires walk around in daylight?
i reallllllly hope they havn't just ruined yet another good book!

imo, true blood is the best any supernatural based show can get.

omg! i downloaded this because someone ensured me it wasn't as bad as it looks, but... damn. there
is so much wrong with this show...

seriously, if they weren't ripping off twilight with the whole vampire in highschool junk, they even
go straight to ripping off the one and only count dracula with the elena/katherine plot.

...and yes, these guys are way too old to be playing teenagers. not just a little. i mean, stefan
doesn't just look too old to play a teenager, he looks pretty damn old even for a 30 year-old.

the way the actors play their role and how their dialogue was written also shows that these writers
have absolutely no idea of what actual teenagers are like. not only do they not look like highschool
kids, they don't even act like highschool kids. way too mature, emotionally developed and
sophisticated to be passed off as teenagers. this simply looks like a highschool for people in their
mid 20's and early 30's in every single way. the first scene of them in class made me laugh out
loud because the teacher looks the same age as the students, and that's just ridiculous. even
twilight casted more age-appropriate actors than this all-american vampire garbage.
