i think the reason the episodes are missing are simple. the previous 4 episodes
were from the uk...amc recently went to hd in the us, so maybe these are from amc.

started watching the show about 3 episodes in last summer, and can't wait for
the 2nd season.

wow, i was content to wait them all out but this is great thanks. hey has
anyone seen episode 6 or 8 in hd? i noticed they were missing and i hoping to
complete the collection.
