bloody strange that a good show like jericho gets dumped, yet they still push
all that reality crap out to us (big brother, think you can dance and so forth).

i use to work in tv ratings they don’t care what the people wont only what the
advertises will put there adds on.

how long before networks become global?

if fox, for example, considered the global audience for it's first run shows via
torrents, official sites (if they weren't us only) or whatever other
distribution method rather than just the us audience, would that make a
difference to shows cut short eg. firefly, drive etc.

at this point, fans who download the show don't count. they don't watch the
commercials, and that's what really matters to those executives. also, those
fans who practivally live on the internet is only a small group of the
audience. they are very vocal (even to a point where it gets sad) but don't
represent the biggest demographic. the fact that you like it, doesn't mean
that everybody likes it. and if they have to choose between everybody and you,
the choice is not that hard! don't bitch and whine, the truth is that all you
people simply don't matter. open your eyes!

one thing you can do is buying the dvd's when they hit the shelves. huge sales
can make a difference, but don't overrate this method. i say let jericho die
in peace, it was a poor mans lost to begin with. it just didn't cut it even if
you really like it.

i have no problem with paying it on an official site, but they just dont let me!

i've gotta agree with this bit. i highly doubt seeing this back again. plus,
the series finale ep this week will probably have something major happen that
makes such a thing stupid.

if you think tv executives actually troll here.. then you're just as doomed as
jericho.

yea it's dead. shame, i really enjoyed jericho. another 3-4 episodes could
have wrapped it up nicely instead of that crappy "lets finish this in 1 hour"
