yes. thank you. i've been so looking forward to this. the colour of magic and
the no 1 ladys' detective agency in the same night. best night's tv for many
months.
i'm a huge terry pratchett fan. i have every one of his books. however i
didn't like the adaptation of the hogfather.
i watched the first half hour of this as it went out and it was excellent.
much higher production values than the hogfather. if like me you weren’t
enamoured by the hogfather i highly recommend that you download this. based on
what i saw, you won't be disappointed.
part 2 airs tomorrow night.
i was amazed when i found out that this was a 2 parter. i would have thought 2
hours would have been all the time they were allowed. the fact that this show
will be 4 hours (including ads) gives them the chance to really explore the
story and bring the book the life.
i really hope that this proves to be popular, i would love sky to pick this up
and begin to produce the whole series of books in order and give them all the
love and attention they have given this.
my only disappointment is with david jason playing rincewind, while he looks the
part (kind of) the fact he is so old means that everytime he rides a horse or
runs they need a body double or green screen. as rincewind is known for needing
to run all the time, it doesn't really work.
part 2 tomorrow is actually the second book in the series, not the colour of
magic, but "the light fantastic". they've managed to get two whole books into
the mini series :-)
wow, this is totally awesome, i just started listening to the series in audio
book format while at work about 2 weeks ago, i love the series so far! (i'm up
to "the wyrd sisters" )

i hated the hogfather adaptation, but i'll give this a shot based on your
recommendation.

australia and never come back..they are fathered by a fuckin mongel, and run by
a full time twat of a son...no fuckin wonder uk to has gone to the shitpens...so
