so the audio before the first commercial break is -200ms, presenting an annoying
problem conversion-wise. by the way, ctrl+k or l in vlc delays the audio at 50ms
intervals. for example, just hit ctrl+k 4 times when starting to watch this file
to make it sync at -200, then after the first commercial break, hit ctrl+l 4
times to reset it... the rest of the file is fine, one of the first noticeable
mistakes ive seen from 0tv
