ep 7 and 8 do seem to be missing, you could try mininova, they must be
somewhere because they are on usenet.

i think the bad news is you could be waiting some time for the rest of the
season in hd rips, if these are being ripped from where i think, they just
pulled the show and it won't be back till later this year.

and yes i think season 2 is going to be shown in hd, or at least that is what i
read.

they called this last episode the season final in the promo's on tv.
