it seems to catch the string `i r c` wherever it occurs in a word.
i.e. word : "c i r c u m v e n t i n g"
treated as : "c ` i r c : // u m v e n t i n g`"
test e.g. : circumventing
i can see why there might be a need to disallow direct link urls to random 3rd
party stuff, so you can still legitimately say you do not permit links to
infringing content, but simply to `indexing` sites.
however - would it be possible to modify the url filter to permit direct urls
for mininova & bt-chat, which the main site page does anyway ?
