thanks for the episode! great episode too!

it just might be my imagination but i think the past two episodes of the
simpsons represents a turn, a different, quirkier direction. seems like the
simpsons is shaping up and keeping edge with the family guy.

i think these are the episodes that have been effected by the past writers
strike. it takes a few months to animate, so this and family guy are hitting the
point where they couldn't rewrite scripts so they seem a little less polished.

the simpsons werent affected by the wga strike.

not directly because they will have done the scripts before the strike happened,
but after the strike begun no rewrites could be made.

how else can you explain the frankly rubbish episodes we've had recently
starting with the lady and the tramp parody.

actually i think writers for animated productions don't have to belong to the
writer's guild. i'm not sure if the simpson's was affected but it's possible
that the same writers, if not the majority, are still on board. could be wrong. 🙂

downloading episodes for free is stealing!you guys should be ashamed of
yourselves...

or for that matter, since when do they make statements denying historical people
of any religion? have their writers gotten that bad that they have to resort to that

you just have to see the scenes with homer making love to a doner kebab :-d
