no conversion necessary.

re encoding a lower quality files to a better one when the better files are available
and very well seeded is a waste of time.

1. You have to download the lower quality file.
2. You have to upload or add that file to handbrake.
3. Set your new encode.
4. Wait however long it takes to encode.

It's time consuming. Considering a well seeded better file will download in minutes,
if there's no better files then yeah it's worth the time it takes, but while other files are
available it's almost pointless.

you can be viewing the good file before your even 10% into the conversion.
