Yes. I found it on ok.ru website. If you don't have an account on there, you can create one for free. Then, at the top
right, there is a search bar and search for Butchers of L.A. Then hit the Videos tab and you will find Episode 3 there.
By the way, you will need a downloader like JDownloader2 or VideoDownloadHelper if you want to download it.
