The Handmaids Tale S06E05 Janine 480p x264-mSD

Is there any actual difference between this release and the other mSD one which is without the "Janine" title
in it's name. Everything seems to be the same to the naked eye, I had to check the info section of vlc to
finally spot the difference: input bitrate is double...which explains the file size.
It just seems pointless with the resolution being the same.

Left one is half the size.
