vanished cancelled

since vanished got cancelled today and the remaining 3 (or 4) episodes won;t
be aired, they can be viewed on myspace
(http://creative.myspace.com/vod/vanished/index.html) . the problem is is that
u can;t watch it if u don;t live in the u.s. this might be a stupid question
but is there another way to view these remaining episodes cuz i loooove the
show!!.tnx
fox is doing great btw: allready cancelled 4 shows..:s:(

i blame mlb. they were all (not so much with the comedies) doing well until
baseball came along and spoiled everything.

fox should get out of the baseball business, it has done nothing for them,
except caused lower viewing figures the past 2 seasons.

aarrgh... why..? they can just air it anyway.. why bother with
ratings at all..? people do see it.. don't they deserve to see it then?

hmm.. o'well.. smith got can'd after just 3 episodes and vanished after 9
episodes.. they should air the rest.. just make it 13 episodes and a movie!

hehe.. wishful thinking.

its very simple to download the episodes from the location
[creative.myspace.com/vod/vanished/index.html] in the united states using a
free program like sdp [sdp.ppona.com]. so some one in the us, please help us.
the episodes will will be available weekly. i guess. so atleat help us to
watch this.

there should be something going wrong. if you are allowed to stream it online,
there is no way to block capturing the streaming video. the server cannot
understand the difference. so can you post the error you are getting, then we
can figure out whats going wrong.

please somebody make vanished available for download. it was my favourite new
show and i can't view the myspace!! can eztv make it available to us please?

they don't use a normal streaming program, they require the installation of a
proprietary plugin. we can't get the actual url of the streaming file.

hopefully they'll release it on dvd, although that's probably doubtful.

you should be able to get the url via your temp files in internet options:

- watch the video
- then open internet options
- under general press the "settings" button from history
- then press the "view files" button

should have the url to the flash there

did some more checking, used wireshark to find out what's actually going on.
got a url but it's still useless. it is a proprietary format. sdp doesn't know
what to do with it. the only thing that can play the files is the plugin
installed on the page.

maybe someone else can figure out what to do with these urls.
