pre-ordered 2 copies from amazon. one's for myself and the other's to donate to my
local library.

any tv execs reading this, take note. you provide us with crap all day, and you
won't see a dime. but release good, quality tv shows and we'll be more than happy
to purchase the dvd box-sets from you.

stargate is an example of a quality tv show. dancing with the stars, american idol
and all that other reality crap (with the exception of the amazing race) that you
put out there are examples of bad tv. what makes you think that i, an intelligent
consumer, wil plan my life around the evening tv schedule (enduring hours of
adverts and reality crap to watch 1-2 good shows) when i can just download those 2
eps from here and watch them when i please?

you need to wake up and realise that torrenting doesn't kill your income, stuffing
tv shows with adverts every 5 mins and drm'ing lo-qual online versions does. we
want media our way. we want to be able to watch it in full, at any time we choose,
on any device we choose, for a cost-effective price.

until you stop locking people in with drm and and start delivering media to the
people how they want it, we'll continue to torrent.

however, on the off-chance that you do get it right (like what mgm does with
stargate), we'll be more than happy to pay you for your time and effort.

just watched it, and i must say it was a bit disappointing.

i enjoyed sg-1 until they 'dumped' o'neil and carter, and brought in that
annoying british thief black and (the poor man's o'neil) mitchel. at this
point the series had clearly jumped the shark. i'm used to the excellent
stargate atlantis now, and this just seemed like a cheap copy.

i hope they won't ressurect this series, and keep the focus on atlantis
instead. that series is much better in so many ways i can't even describe
them. a few straigth-to-dvd movies are ok, but please leave the sg-1 corpse
burried.

maybe this isnt the place to say this but before i even watch the movie, i know
i will not be buying it because it is going to be terrible. stargate since
season 8 has gone down the tube. o neil stops going on missions and its no
longer funny just some lame sci fi crap which for those of with any knowledge of
physics at all is completly lame. season 9 you chuck out o neil and you need two
charecters to replace him, which doesnt take effect until season 10. both
seasons are full of one episode story arcs that were very badly planned knowing
they only had two seasons to develop the plot behind ori, where as they had 8 to
fiddle around with the gould, replicators and some other ones too. so how can
this movie even compare with a single episode of stargate from seasons 1-8, or
compare with the season finales, which is what it is supposed to do?
p.s. im not even downloading the movie until someone tells me it is so good that
it may be the best to come out this year.

i download tv shows because i live down under and usually we are 8-9 years
behind the rest of the world as far as seasons are concerned. but since this
hasnt aired anywhere else in the world, and since the all-region dvd is only $15
australian to pre-order on amazon im just buying it instead. the wait will just
make it even better when i actually see it, plus i just love stargate so if
anyone deserves my money its them.

so yeah, support them by buying the dvd! its cheaper than some albums are!!!

dvd has been on ezydvds release list for a while now. 9th april.
i downloaded the previous torrent so wont be downloading this one, but thanks
heaps for sharing this. i know plenty of people eager to see it. i cant help but
buy the sg dvds, gotta complete my collection!
hope that comment about atlantis canx after s5 is wrong. that would be a shame
since there isnt anything on anywhere close to its caliber.

i already watched it.. but a very bad rip (not this one), the movie however is
great.. will def buy it!! i'm waiting on stargate sg1 season 1 and 2 to arrive
and i will pre order this.

hahaha claudie is not a brit. shes a sheila. you are so easily confoozed.

mithchell.. well, i was never a watcher of the show they were both in, but i can
tell you i eneded up liking both roles in sg1. however, nothing - nothing - beat
the jack/other cast member resonance. rda is just the sort of actor who oozes
himself into a role, and i didn't think sg1 would last without him. i was wrong.
it evolved to be just as good, but not the same.

while sg1 had so many seasons being the reason i think it ended, i certainly
don't think it was any actor/s who caused it. i think the execs were just saying
farewell while the show was still bright.

i hope there are a lot more mini-movies, because no teal'c and no jackson make
the baby wrecche cry..

no amount of sticking them in pretend roles in atlantis (to hoho with ronan,
pfft) make it better.

so.. yeah.

was it really a good idea to put up a leaked dvdrip of a commericial product? it
kinda puts you firmly in the same basket as any other pirate site.. tv falls into
a 'questionable' area and has kept you semi-ok-ish up to now.

maybe you should have waited til a 'legit' tv rip came along... i certainly
wouldn't want to risk this because "the man" will be all over this like a
rash.... and pg/ip blockers don't really work reliably. (i can prove this. )

tbh... everyone should (imo) steer clear of this one.
