Knight Rider 2008 Pilot HDTV XviD-LOL

i have to agree, i'm all for d/l'ing 720p releases of shows you like, but
getting this before you know you like it is too big a gamble in my mind.


glad i didn't opt for a bigger one, i'm getting the slowest speeds ever on this
for some reason

well, i liked it no matter how many of you hated it.

i even like the current bionic woman, but then i am 40 and so was there for
the originals - knight rider (1982), bionic woman (1976) and even the six
million dollar man (1974).

i enjoyed them all and hope they do continue the current ones too.

i really hope the networks do not listen to the people on this site. this pilot
was really good, has great potential.

unfortunetlly networks do listen- this i am afraid is going to be one of those
shows that wont see it through the series. only network that will keep stuff on
is sci-fi - the rest are all lamers and cancel shows regardless of wether they
where good or not- as has been the pattern over the last few years with alot of
good decent shows - take for example - invasion- that was damn good - even the
acting was good- and the storyline was good as well and that got cancelled - so
what hope does this new remake have?

but, of course, there's always "the other side of things".

i prefer getting the 720p always, no matter whether it's a new show or not.
after all, if i'm going to watch it, why not watch the good one? for that,
waiting a bit (or sometimes a longer bit... although i might have to fall back
to the lq version for cutie honey the live 18, which still isn't out in 720 and
ep 19 is coming up soon) isn't an issue.

in fact, when eztv posted lol's lq version for kr2008, i made a note of it just
in case i'd forget, and started checking tpb and eztv for the 720p frequently.

i wasn't expecting much with this show, and was pleasantly surprised. it's not
perfect or great, but i'll be looking forward to more episodes.

i definitely understand that side of things, but for me personally i can't spare
the bandwidth or the time. at my place at school i have a 60 gb a month limit
and that is unbelievably easy to fill with 350 mb rips and 700mb/1.4gb movies in
a few short weeks.

i really should've pvr'd the hd at home but i forgot.... ah well

i thought this was quite good.
never really saw the 80s series much but i'd watch this if it became a new series

aaah.. knight rider.. weee.. it's back, it's updated 😉
got'a love it.. it's a winner.. i want more of this show.

i watched this is and thought it was pretty good for a pilot

the story of knight rider continues from the original so no problems there

its true nowadays we dont see many decent chase/driving scenes, but i feel this
new knight rider has great potential

i was hoping to see the original kitt, maybe that will be for a future epsiode

yeah same here. i thoroughly enjoyed it. i'm hoping for a series out of it.

also wanted to say a pretty damn good capture too.

i was thoroughly impressed by knight rider. i am too young to have seen the
original. but that...was brilliant. the cgi was fantastic! seriously some of
the most realistic cgi i have seen for a tv series.

i really do hope that they continue, because i was honestly hooked by the end of
the title sequence.
