that means the audio is 44.1khz sample rate not 48khz (could of been the source)
i'd say its a pre air so who really cares, its not a big issue or anything that bad

edit:
the quality is not bad, i would say maybe in between tvrip and dsr (but with
block during motion). fine if your watching on a sdtv. no watermarks or logos
obviously.
