If you tried using TOR to download that might be why it stopped. TOR is GREAT as a VPN for a lot of things but not a very
good downloader. I just downloaded the file with Chrome and it worked perfectly, so any of the mill browser will do. Here

You might want to consider changing your torrent client to one that can handle the bigger files. Here's two examples:
