Sonnar wouldn't even import it automatically. The reason given was "Sample," whatever that's supposed to mean. Importing it manually worked, but it was not able to scrape any information through mediainfo to populate any of the fields on the show's page.

It shows up in Jellyfin correctly, but can not be played even without trans-coding.

The file is broken and hopefully will be replaced soon.
