flash gordon never ran fast. that was the flash. flash gordon travels between
mongo with dale and karkov. google it. also in a cartoon/comic series , flash
gordon with the help of the phantom, mandrake the magician, and a few others

i stopped watching because i assumed it would get cut as many shows better than
it seemed to get the axe.

does anyone know if it has been picked up for a 2nd season? if so, i may watch
it again.

actually, if you want to put it in a box, think lexx. offbeat story, bizarre
situation, goofy acting.. brilliant ! the world they describe however, in my
opinion, is tightly made.

but i do fear it will demise, but not because of failed story lines, effects,
acting or because he wot is fast wont run fast da duh, but because it's just not
your cuppa.

it's mine... i've found that recently, the story is really grabbing. me like.

it's a crapload a lot better than that tripe that was around before.. what was
it.. umm... something about a chick who cant die.. err.. whatever, those
memories are a place my brain can use when i get drunk.. i dont need those cells
anymore..

reason why over the last few episodes its improved is cause of the writers
strike!! it really helped this show as the new non writers should stay on as
they doign a brilliant job with the storyline- sod those idiots of the writers
guild!!! demanding more money etc etec but they cant even write decent storys-
just want more money for making more reality crap shows!!!

errr, no actually. not at all.

flash gordon's a canadian production, so they don't really have much to do with
the wga (maybe a wga-member-written script here and there if its written by an
american).

the reason it's gotten better is that the producers have actually listened to
feedback from us on the net about the earlier episodes and improved the show (by
leaps and bounds) as a result.

also, we're heading towards the endgame, the season finale ... thats usually
when shows pull out all stops.

i was really impressed with last week's ep because mongo finally stopped looking
red and brown - the white and blue was a really nice change of pace.

so let me get this straight... they cancelled dresden files and bring out this
piece of fluff? does anyone else think it amusing that every good show is out
of eps, but we are graced with a full season of flash gordon? yeah yeah... i
know why, and the show ain't all bad. but, i still think its funny...

i loved the dresden files, thought its wicked and they cancelled it??????
wtf?? then this "fluff" i here ya. ive only watched the first 6 eps or so so
may try watching the rest seeing as its supposed to get better?

but whytf do they cancel shows like dresden files and treveler (could take on
lost/prison break for ratings but wasnt given a chance) and let dribble air
like this.
