any difference between this one and the pre-air that was released a couple of
months back?

i'd like to know an answer to this as well.

i watched the episode on tv and i have one question. eli's mother is also jake
from jericho's mother..so i hope she just gets to be a really busy actress and
it is not prophetic of the future of jericho. i did enjoy the concept of the
show though...looking forward to future episodes.

hrmmmm...never saw the question in all of that....

i think it was whether the role of eli's mother being played by the same
actress that currently plays jake's mother in jericho may mean that jericho is
doomed. i think the answer may be that the network always wanted jericho to
fail after it got cancelled, im pretty sure its 8 ep run later this month will
be its end :s

as far as the mother being in it is concerned its not that surprising since
the show was first cancelled so it isnt a surprise that she went out and got
shot in some pilots, so it doesnt necessarily relate to jericho's current
status since this pilot was shot months back.

if any of you had dl'd and watched the first 3 episodes of what will be an
abbreviated season for jericho you will have noticed that the mother wasn't in
any of those episodes. grieving at the family cabin or something like that. as a
matter of cost cutting she wasn't essential to the plot anyways and once gerald
mcraney was out of the picture then her role was greatly diminished. i love
jericho as does my 15 year old son but we will just have to start watching
something else together when it is finished - rip.

the office folk dancing to faith was in a
completely different type of office.. [coralled vs open plan]...

eli meeting the autistic kid was reshot... [i think the whole apartment was
different]

and the end was tweaked somewhat...

edit: and i've just noticed the post below this one... asshat...

this one contains a slightly different ending. eli and girlfriend kiss and make
up in this one where as eli and his client seemed to hook up in the pre-air.

a better move? the jury is still out on that one...

a pity they didn't reshoot the ending and have the court rule in favour of the
defendant. there's enough idiots out there who think that vaccines
cause autism without this show perpetuating the myth....
