" scifi has been broadcasting in hd for sometime but apparently releaser noticed
that just yesterday. "
the other type of episode is a dsr, which if i remember correctly stands for
digital satellite rip, instead of the "normal" hdtv rip, which is, if i
remember correctly once more, from a digital hd receiver @ the end of a normal
tv landline. and apparently a satellite rip is too low in quality to release it
as 720p.
the audio and video quality is up to typical 720p standards.
however, since it comes from sci-fi hd (via directv or comcast hd), as opposed
to one of the less intrusive 2nd string broadcasters like sky, it is indeed
spattered with their huge annoying banners and overlay ads throughout.
im kinda new at this hd formats etc, was wondering wats the diff between the
720p(1.1 gig)and 350 mb one. also was wondering if its truly 720p, is it
determined by the player u play the show on?
