Drag Race Espana S02E01 1080p HEVC x265-MeGusta

What's the deal with the MeGusta files only having arabic subtitles when they used to have mutilple languages?
It's been like that for over a year now. Am I missing something? Maybe some VLC setting?
It's really annoying when it comes to non english shows.
