for the last three posters, please look at the post above you by death734 where
he has highlighted in bold that there are in fact differences in this
version!
in all honesty i was prepared to hate it (given what's gone so horrifically
wrong with bionic woman)...and was more than just pleasantly surprised by how
good it turned out. amazing action sequences, kick-@ss special effects, and
terrific acting that completely blew me away.*
provided the strike ends soon, i have a feeling tscc is going to be a keeper.
(* here's to hoping summer doesn't get pigeon-holed as the "kick-ass chick,"
though. between her being cast as tess on the 4400 and her role here, we
basically have river from firefly/serenity. she's a great actress and i'd hate
to see her limited.)
this series is f**king gay. do not download it cause you will hate it. this
franchise is dead and has been for a long time. moron execs just want to cash in
more and more. shows like this should be destroyed instead of canceling decent
shows like journeyman.
thats my bitch about this gay idea of "river being turned into a terminator"

i completely agree with you about journeyman because it (and other canceled
shows like traveler, daybreak, the inside, etc.) was well worth watching; but
the "dead franchise" argument was also tried with bsg and look at how undead it
is now...and it's another show i was prepared to hate and ended up falling for,
hard.
summer glau's talent is rather wasted, but that comes with the territory when
you're playing an android. obviously when arnold can play the role you know that
not a lot of acting chops are going to be necessary (or desired.)
yeah, the franchise is a bit played, but i thought they introduced enough decent
subplots that it could work in an episodic format. i think they need to continue
to explore the idea of john denying his destiny and sarah's motherly instinct to
try and do it for him.
this could work, but only if they stretch things and keep it from becoming a
static action show and keep playing up the character development.
my strike starved tv self is giving the pilot a b-.
