when did the scene rules change for file sizes of shows?
hour-long hbo shows would always be 350 megs just like the usual 40-45 minute
network shows. but last week, the wire was 550 megs, and i see real time is
about 550 too... what's the deal with that?
and it's not because of hdtv, because the wire is still pdtv...

hmm..i'm guessing no opening monologue and no new rules. other than that, no
reason the wga strike should affect this at all!
