it seems that peerguardian doesn't like a number of torrents (including this
one) that have been posted over the last few weeks.
the details of the torrents are all the same, in that ...
peerguardian blocks
speedbone, anti-p2p - 217.13.206.133
bittorrentinc - 72.20.34.145
and my bittorrent client reports

as the tracker
can someone do some checking into this.
is this an attempt to trap people ?
the only way to get these torrents started is to temporarily disable
peerguardian, until a connection is made then re-enable it.

has some information on denis(!), mediadefender and the mpaa - although it seems
to be strongly denighed.
it is possible that the ip address has been added to peerguardian block list in
error.

can be fixed using virtualdubmod
1. load the whole file
2. press home key to set the start of the block (at the beginning of the file)
3. move to the key frame around 35:30
4. press end key to set the end of a block
save the file call it 'part1.avi'
5. press home key (this will set the new start at the same location as the end
of the previous clip)
6. move to the end of the file
7. press end key to set the end of a block
save the file call it 'part2.avi'
8. close the program and restart it
9. load 'part2.avi'
10. select streams.stream list
11. right click and select interleaving
12. make audio skew 300
save the file call it 'part2 +300.avi'
13. close the program and restart it
14. load 'part1.avi'
15. append 'part2 +300.avi'
save the file call it whatever you want - you're done
