what`s up with the late release? no offense (aspescially to eztv, you just up
them when they come), but it's a day late. i just don't understand why.

appreciate the works of both eztv and the release groups, but curiosity kill
the cat and i feel pretty dead right now.

it will have been missed on tuesday or there was something wrong with that
broadcast. this will be from another showing on friday night.

because nip tuck s05e06 dsr xvid-kpm was worse than miserable...

actually it was available on mininova two days ago (12/6).

hey people, the kpm release was done by me. i never intended it to be of
super high quality. it was a rip of my dvr recorded copy and i only did a rip
of it because i know how i hate not seeing a show i like. i did it so people
could at least see something in the meanwhile. but if i'm gonna get shit for
trying to be nice then i guess i just won't bother in the future.

quick question - isn't this available in hd? if so, why do we still only

ah, yeah it is. take for eg. nip.tuck.s05e04.hdtv.xvid-sys. i think it was
mentioned in the nfo of that rip that the audio is transmitted in mpeg-4 format
and they didnt know how to cap that source, so they grabbed the audio from a
lower quality source. i guess thats why sys havent produced another hd rip.
maybe when they sort out the audio encoding we might see more.

no. it isn't.

read the nfo again - it only mentions capping from hdmi source. that
just tells you the path is purely digital, with no analogue conversion. it
says nothing about the original resolution definition. that sys release got
nuked in a lot of places for being mislabelled.

fx still does not broadcast any drama shows in hd yet, even though most of
them are shot in hd.

any hd caps of any fx shows have come from "non first-run" second tier
networks that fx have sold the shows to.

hey spevman, don't let the complainers discourage you. thanks for putting the
show up! i don't save nip/tuck episodes, i only watch them once, so i really
don't mind if the quality isn't that great for once, as long as i get to watch
it at all.
