Stargate Atlantis S04E09 HR HDTV XviD-BiA

just wondering...now that the xbox 360 can play hr xvid's but not .mkv files
(other 720p formats), will that format be coming back for lost, heroes etc.?

i missed last tuesday the hr hdtv releases from canada. the movie channel says on
their page that ep 409 will be aired on the 8th (re-run?) and ep 410 on the 10th.
is this correct and if so will they be posted here? after these two there will
be a break until mid-januari! i like these releases the most. (no logo, superb
picture and sound quality and no editing faults caused by commercial breaks.

quick question - how does bia record from bbc hd [hardware/software needed]?
