there's only been one hdtv sourced season 5 cap at all so far -

considering fx don't seem to broadcast in hd (at least not for domestic first
runs) it makes me wonder if that sys release was just a mis-label.

i can't say for sure, but i don't think that one is legit. on another torrent
site i saw some posts saying it was a fake.
generally if it's not up here and not on torrentz.com i don't bother with it
(hope that's not against the rules... i noticed eztv on their site as a
highlighted green supplier so i figured there was some co-operation).

it's real, but a `private` cap/encode by spevman as there's no scene release
around yet.
"my apologies for the somewhat grainy quality of the video. it was a rip off a
dvd-r recorded episode, so the original recorded bitrate wasn't as high as i
would have used for a truly quality release.
enjoy everyone until someone in the scene does a release of this episode
properly."

thnx spevman, i really appreciate what you did. and your 1.5mbit dsl line only has a very slow upload, i
understand... 256kbit/sec upload is not very much....
there's over a 1000 seeders now, no need for you to continue seeding, it's done;-)
and this one is just ok in terms of quality... analog cable recorded onto dvd-r and then ripped to sdtv
4:3 with letterbox, who would complain, not me;-)
with vlc it's easy to crop to 16:9...
on my plasma i can crop it too easily and hopefully a high rez all digital release makes it onto the torrent
