i know nothing of killer ants, that said i love both killers and ants.

i can only hope this unholy hybrid delivers the entertainment i crave.

is this a hi-res release, or was this a two hour episode? hoping for hi-res.

this isn't 720p if that's what you mean by 'hi-res'. 700mb is the standard scene
size for shows of this length (~50mins). search mininova for other sources 🙂

not sure about resolution, but the show was 1 hour when i saw it on pbs.

no i didn't mean 720p, those are usually 1100mb. i meant 960x528 (or is it 536?)
shows about 50 minutes in length are usually 350mb. look around on this website
and you'll see most of the releases of shows that are about 50 minutes are 350mb.

erm, no. most primetime shows are scheduled for an hour but include about 15
minutes of ads usually, so have a final runtime of around 40-45mins -- hence,
the 350mb size for a 624x352 res. pbs shows like nova, however, have few, if
any, ads - so the final runtime for a 1 hour scheduled show is closer to
50-55mins. the difference in runtime of 10-15 minutes bumps the release size all
the way to 700mb (silly yes, but that's the scene rule), for the same resolution
of 624x352.

erm, no. 35-50min at 23.976 fps are to be 350 megs. a 35-50min show
that is 29.97 fps may use 700mb if the capper so desires.

sounds like an old movie entitled naked jungle. do the village people call the
ants marabunta or something of similar sound?
