i wish the groups weren't so petty and competitive about this stuff, i feel like
the amount of propers and real propers around here has increased 10 fold in
recent weeks, and i have to wonder how much stuff really needed propering and
how much of it was just this bullshit oneupmanship!

yeah. if anything the whole `scene` bullshit playground antics and proper
wars have been below average since the start of the fall season.

looks like thing are getting back to normal 😉

no need for a proper at all. i just watched it and nothing important is missing.

like tvfan, i'm not going to bother downloading the proper either - however, i
don't think the scene groups are being petty. xor have been f'ing up constantly
this year with chopping off dialog before and after commercial breaks and at the
end of the show. personally i think xor should be ejected from the scene for a
year for all the crap and cheating they've been doing just to be out 5 minutes
quicker than the other groups.
don't get me wrong, i'm grateful to the scene for bringing us our favorite tv
shows - i wish xor would take some more care, or stop releasing so we can
download another groups correctly made version 5 minutes later.

i agree fully. i'm so annoyed when someone goes to finish a joke and it cuts
them off and you miss it. i wish there were some way of getting in touch with
other groups to release episodes 5 to 10 minutes later than xor. if they did
it regularly i think people would actually wait and dl their episodes as
opposed to the xor episodes.

it's a bit whiny to complain about free stuff, but it's apparent that xor's been
more concerned with being the first out the gate than about the actual quality
lately.
and if you're not doing it properly, what's the point of doing it at all?

in france, the food is superb, because when the slightest thing is wrong the
patrons send it back. they have a critical faculty.

in america people eat whatever crap is set before them, and ask for more

that's what's happening with tv shows capping

as posts here show, so many people don't know or don't care that the show is
butchered. so long as, like their food, it comes fast.

or they say, 'it's free so don't complain'.

this is an insult to those groups who do splendid work, also for free!

once something is nuked eztv should remove it instead of leaving it up. it
just makes it harder for the average person to figure out what is good and
what not.
