maybe because nbs encoded it a little quicker then xor did theirs?
the hr version dosent have to come after the hdtv version... they are different
formats. thats like asking why a svcd come before an xvid release of a movie...
it dosen't matter. there are no rules that say a certain format must be released
before a certain format.
