thebox.bz is a tricky one, very hard to keep a good ratio, lots of
seeders
rather than leechers so if you dont have a good upload speed you dont really
have a chance to improve your upload amount.....
for x factor/xtra factor, go to demonoid.com, it doesnt have too
many british telly but has been providing x factor ever since 1ep this
season.
