it didn't air this week. it's on next week (8.07) along with ep 6.08 of ci. it
appears that us networks like to do as australian networks do - break up the
season for all sorts of dubious reasons. ours like to slot in heaps of
unannounced repeats from previous seasons in order to drag things out. the tv
guide will list that night's ep as new, and it will be a season or two old.
drives me nuts - which is why i rarely watch domestic tv anymore, and d/l
torrents instead.

svu didn't air last night because of the american elections. they had major
election coverage on its timeslot. look for it next week.
