gotta say that whenever i see an xor release of a show that i like, i get
concerned. it seems like their only goal is to "win the race", whatever that
means. i wish they cared a little more about the quality of their releases.

yeah it looks like this one is nuked. i can say from experience that it is very
very annoying how the desperate housewives episodes were missing entire seconds
around the ad breaks and the start of the show. it interrupts the show, see? it
makes me feel like i am watching a "tv rip" instead of a "tv episode". it
cheapens the experience for me. so i'll get the proper this time, and i sort of
hope that by next week xor get it right there will be no need for a proper.

amen to that
and eztv is largely to blame
they take whoever comes first, even if that group has a record of very bad
releases
case in point, the group caph started last year
all their early releases would not play on home dvd players
most of their current releases have sync problems
but since they live somewhere in buttfuck canada where the shows are released
an hour or so earlier than in civilization, these children can whip out a
release very poor in quality and get it on the 'scene' before more competent
people
that's why you see so many caph releases, and so many complaints about them

wow. you're one serious fucker, aren't ya? why don't you just go elsewhere if
you have problems with the way things are here. i, for one, have no complaints
about this place.
sure, every so often i have to re-down something but it's rare that it happens
(i generally only care if the voices are out of sync) and it's no real skin off
my back even when it does.
if this is a really big issue for any of you guys, you can easily go to another
tracker site and sort it all out for yourself. that's what i used to do before i
found eztv *shrug*
