i've said it before, i'll say it again: the network execs who gave this the
green light should be shot, strung up by their necks, and beaten bloody. in
that order. why is this crap on? who the hell watches this pure, utter drivel,
besides the pedophile earlier?
i agree! they didn't want to learn about other religions than their own.. it's
not respectful. i am an atheist, but i am interested in religion. these kids
were so shallow minded and i didn't understand them at all. one kid said that
putting different religions together only caused discussion and irritations, but
the irritations started just then; when nobody would give it a chance, when
nobody wanted to listen to others.
in the end they had their ceremony, and suddenly they wanted to listen to each
other.. why not in the first place?
i think it's shallow, because when i had been there, i would have wanted to
learn about all the religions.
in my opinion there is no better religion. islam is as good as christian,
hinduism buddhisms and jewish. as long as people get love, hope, inner peace
from it, it is good. every person is different and needs to believe in his own
way: the one that fits him best. and if that is another religion than mine,
that's ok.. it's no option for debate, war or whatever.
in the end they had their ceremony, and suddenly they wanted to listen to each
other.. why not in the first place?
i feel the point is that while it took a bit of time, they did eventually come
together and share in their differences. that's something we as adults still
havn't quite mastered yet. i still find the show touching and hopeful. sure
it's melodramatic, but that's tv...i still really enjoy the basic premise of
the show and its message.

yeah, i agree with you on that.. they are kids and they're pure. they show real
emotions. no kid could act like that 🙂
