i stand corrected - having downloaded and viewed it, it's good (i run a linux system for safety) and.... ... it's completely fabulous! god, but i've missed this series! back to reality: perhaps one of the techniques now being employed is to spread fud via spurious claims of virus? nonetheless, we should all be aware and cautious when downloading files. |

how comes that the proper file is smaller than the original one? shouldn\'t be aprox. the same size or possibly a little bigger? |

there is no such thing as a 'straight forward avi file' avi stands for audio video interlaced that is to say audio and video combined together in a single file however the audio can be of almost any codex (ie format), as can the video eg audio=mp3, wma, ac3 video=mpg2, mpg4, wmv, xvid, divx the list of audio and video codex is almost endless, as are the combinations all that said there are a few popular ones - as mentioned above :-) |
