the same reason a brit as a american doctor, the best actor for the part and he
played an american in band of brothers so its not new to him.

this is interesting show.
the role of male police is great.
some how it makes me feel that he is a lot like house actor....

this and journeyman are two great shows this season.
in fact, they are two of my favorite shows overall already. i look as forward
to those two just as much as i do house,hero's and bg.

first time i see him - i have to agree, very good actor.
too bad the show has to follow the usual crap writing to be palatable to the us
market. same old crap over and over, 99.99% formula stories.
they should get him on the wire or the shield where he can show what he's
capable of.

i agree this show rocks -- it's my fav of the new season. 'journeyman' is also
one i really like. both have captivating leads and the execution makes what
sound like cheesy concepts work. the good-looking brit lead actors don't hurt,
either...

thanks for the up. i forgot it was on last night till it was already 30
minutes in.
i'm not sure "life" was the best choice for a title though. not that it's not
fitting, but it's such a common word. i was trying to remember its name by
thinking "like the magazine." but then when i tried to recommend it to a
friend, i said one of the best pilots i'd seen was for that new series
"time." d'oh. ("doing time," they stole his time... it kinda made sense.)
so now i call it "zen cop." 🙂
