i'm goin nuts! i've tried multiple site (though naturally it's eztv 1st and
foremost!) including isohunt, torrentpond, etc, and i can't get this torrent to
download!
i constantly get 'connected to 0 of 0 peers, 0kb/s dl speed' with my
transmission client (brand new macbook), and this is the only torrent that does
so currently... have noticed the same problems with a few other shows off eztv -
though i will never knock eztv cause they're the best - but i have the same
problem with this particular torrent off any site (isohunt included) at all,
regardless of how many seeds/peers they list available! anyone else know the
score here?

i don't know if we had the same problem because my problem had a simple fix. i
couldn't get connected either, but when i deleted the torrent plus the data and
replaced it (again from eztv), it worked right away.

yeah that happens to me now and then. doing what the last poster said works
sometimes but i have found having distributed tracker (dht) on is best and you
will connect to plenty of peers even when eztv tracker is totally down.
also if your client allows it set it up so that you connect to multi trackers.
basically as long as the the file(s) is the same then you can pull the file(s)
from many sources and thus many more seeds and non seed peers.
a great example of this is using isohunt search then looking at a torrents
details and it will list a bunch of trackers, tracking the same file.
there in the details you may see as an example astalavistatorrent with
their own tracker and set of seeds and leechers on the exact same file
you can add that to your client and thus pull data much faster.
note: i do all my torrent stuff on a mac g5 with azureus

btw trying multiple sites is worthless if the .torrent on those sites
is external and just the same .torrent that eztv is using. why because
those sites were just sent the .torrent from here so you are using
the eztv tracker still.

thanx for the replies bluespray, zank - i was in fact using the same eztv
torrent from a few sites, tried another tracker and it was on the go... my
client may have qualms with eztv occasionally i guess, oh well i still love it!
