aside from the initial file download almost nothing.
not *absolutely* zero ... when you are seeding the peers will send piece
requests to you, so that your client knows which file pieces to upload, and to
where. because these request packets are, by definition, incoming on your line
they count as "download" from your isp's point of view.
(as well as standard tcp/ip flow control data, but that's down at the bedrock
of how networks work, and not worth going into here 😉
no need to worry though - this kind of general operational chatter used to
keep things flowing is a tiny fraction of the actual file transfer data
amounts - no more than a percent or two over the course of a month.

these forums can be full of assholes, i have a plan which only allows me to
download 10 gig per month, if i go over that i get charged 15c per meg but it
also means whatever i give back comes out of that cap too, so unless you have
unlimited usage whatever your seeding is more than likely adding to your
bill.give ur isp a call and say, if i upload something to a friend, does that
add to my bill or my plan, that way they wont know your seeding a tv show.
basically seeding is the same as uploading something.
