Spooks 5x10 -- BBC Three - Forums - EZTV

it seems spooks [episode 10] wasn't on tonight on bbc three. anybody know why
that was?

it's scheduled to be on bbc one next week, but we normally get the next episode
the same night on bbc three.

i'm guessing it's some sort of ploy to get as many viewers as possible for the
finale on bbc one?

bbc three gets the 'preview' from the second episode of the season upto the
penultimate episode of the season. this is just how things are.

confused me to and does kind of make a mockery of bbc3? however final show
next monday 9pm. can't wait.

not really, spooks is and always has been a bbc1 show. bbc three just give you
the option of only tuning in every other week for what is essentially a double-bill.
channel4 did the same for lost on e4 (amongst others).
it's just a way for the digital only stations to get some publicity - a reason
to get more viewers to switch over and hopefully stick around for the exclusive
programming.
