i keep getting error 10061 connection refused.
i think the issue lays in the tracker.

because i can d/l fine with other torrents. but with the torrents with the error
10061, it's with this 'http://tracker3.istole.it:60500/announce' tracker.
have i been banned? but i always make sure that i don't leech and have a 1.0 ratio.
