wow, ashley from wwe is in this season's survivor! this should be interesting

its againmst the rules to post spoilers, simple as that..

i thought that hostdude saying it wasn't worshiping some other god was
completely ridiculous. they were asked to offer shit to the statue and bow a
bunch of times to it.

that was obviously religious -- i wouldn't even have given the shits to it.

typing a few asteriks and then posting a spoiler is like walking into a room and
telling everyone that you are about to fart and then just farting.... and the
fart is one of those lingering deadly ones....

there are people in the room that dont want to smell your fart....

as to survivor.... i am like everyone else... i enjoyed the first few seasons
but dont expect too much each new season....

the key to these shows is the casting and from last nights show there doesnt
seem to be too much to look forward to... although i am confident that the best
parts will be with the contestants embarrassing themselves and portraying more
stereotypes of the "ignorant american"....

and, are you kidding me, you travel from the u.s to china to begin survivor
wearing an evening gown and high heels???????

catholics may pray to a specific "totem" or a statue such as the virgin mary or
some such but christians tend to pray to the person of christ without the
intermediary of a totemic device....

as to the overt religiosity of yankee reality tv contestants, i think that most
people recognize that those people who are really spiritual people with a
mission to help people are actually working to help people instead of going on a
tv show...

tri_dep, you clearly don't appreciate how buddism is practiced in the majority
of the world, it *is* a religious practice, with deities and so on and so
forth. the whole "oh buddah is atheististic meditation" type of thing is a
western invention, it never was that way, it's always been a religion. google
buddah and religion man, it really and truly does have faith and all that stuff
as part of the ritualistic practices. there's a reason they ring a bell, and
stuff something in a ritual implement. could you stuff any old thing into that
incense thing they were burning? heck no! that'd be 'blasphmy.' just like not
holding ones hands together or not bowing is 'blasphmy.' it's a religion man.

so let me get this straight... you make up spoilers, post defamatory remarks and

something to look up to... take a page from this guy's book folks.. all class
