corner gas isn't that bad of a canadian comedy show, we have just for laughs
as well for comedy that usually has great canadian content. then there is this
show that airs on ctv that has great canadian comedy acts doing standup and
it's just their stand-up and not a bunch of other comedians.
while canada might not create many canadian shows, there sure are a crap load
of american shows being made in canada...that's enough for me to pump up the
go canada sentiments.

yeap...you're right on that one...but, they have great tv shows in quebec
canada...for those of you who understand french of course...i know that some

trailer park boys is the best canadian show ever. just edging out macguyver and
21 jump street! lol btw im canadian and watch mainly us shows heroes, 24, lost,
prison break. but i do watch some british like the it crowd and meadowlands

like (only fools and horses, x-files, trailer park boys, goodnight sweetheart,

oh for canadian shows i like:

i think i actually watch about even if not more canadian tv than us. let me
see... canadian: the 4400, stargate sg1, stargate atlantis, battlestar
galactica, i find myself watching monk, the dead zone or psych sometimes
probably some others. ok us: lost, rome, mythbusters, john from cincy, fotc,
heroes, anything on history channel. it's probably about even.

there is some really good canadian tv we like the british have some good
comedies. the red green show and chilly beach are amazing but you probably need
to be canadian to understand half of it.
but its okay most us shows are filmed in canada using canadian actors. my
favourites being smallvile's kansas is in bc, and the all american hero jack
bauer is canadian.
so now that i am totally of topic.

just a word or two on this show. it is lewd and crude and vulgar and gross. it
isn't that funny and is very low class gutter humour. this is so sad to see
happening to britcoms.
there is and have been many great ones, in fact i prefer them over north
american comedies.the british humour is really dry and relies more on what is
said rather than slapstick and pratfalls.
when you see such good comedy like the it crowd and then watch this
garbage!! i'm not a prude by any means but this is just a programme filled with
foul language and grossness.
i can't see it becoming popular if it does then we are in trouble.
the animated talking dogs were cute!!!!

howcome scene groups don't cap the hour on cbc ? that show kicks ass and is
always on at inconvenient times on tv to watch for me. plus i dont like watching
on the tv.
