it's good that you told us this. to think we would otherwise have had no
idea...
i watched it when it aired too, mainly because the abc doesn't have commercials,
and i was free at the time. i guess what he is trying to say is if he didn't get
to watch it (like i usually don't), then he would have got it from here. so he
appreciates the people putting it up!
$160 million of our money spent on a "great wall" that didn't bloody work.
thanks iemma and howard...
to think that they tried to blame it on the "thugs and protesters"...
the only thing that sucks about this show/these guys becoming "commercially"
popular (apart from the fanboys) is that we will surely see them move to a
commercial network.
past experience has shown that when that happens (see - merrick and rosso for
example), originality and humour go into a terrible downward spiral.
we really need to lobby the government to stop spending ludicrous amounts of our
money on things like apec and putting it into funding the abc so that guys like
the chaser can stay there, and also so that new, original aussie tv can be
produced there.

but by saying this you are implying that merrick & rosso were actually original
and funny to begin with...
i cant believe that they got arrested for that. they should be commended for
showing the restraint that they did by turning around when they hit the red zone.
i guess the politicians have to try and cover their asses.
good news week was funny when it was on the abc. i can't remember who bought it
but they ruined it.
you have spiked my memory - the fat was another, it got shafted when it went to
channel 7... and poor old the glasshouse... well, that just got canned... oh well.
what is the name of that airhose/piano/organ/keyboard that is shown around the
12 minute mark? it's a fabulous instrument and i must have one. i'm not having
much success googling for it.
